In-House Testing
We are very proud that all Trans-Rak products are tested extensively to ensure the highest levels of safety, durability, and performance in real-world transport conditions. Our vehicle racking systems undergo thorough in-house, multi-stage testing throughout the design and manufacturing process, allowing us to validate structural integrity, load performance and long-term reliability before deployment.
Independent Certification Bodies
This internal testing is further supported by rigorous external testing and independent certification carried out by internationally recognised classification and certification bodies, including but not limited to Bureau Veritas, DNV (formerly Germanischer Lloyd), and China Classification Society. These organisations assess our products against stringent global standards, providing third-party verification of compliance and quality.
Rail and Multimodal Compliance
In addition, Trans-Rak products have successfully passed testing requirements set by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) and Russian Rail, confirming their suitability for multimodal transport environments, including rail, road, and sea freight.
This comprehensive testing and certification process provides customers with confidence that Trans-Rak systems are engineered for safe, efficient, and compliant global vehicle transport.
