The directors of Trans-Rak International Ltd combine 30 years of car industry (Paul Donaldson – Ford, GM and Autobytel) and container industry experience to form a unique design, marketing and manufacturing company.  Martin Clive-Smith was founder of Domino Flatracks,  LockNest LLC (CROP), Container Group Technology (SeaCell, Car-Rac) and ICL (ICON Curtain-Sides), whose licensees generated over $1.3 billion in sales.

TRI’s product line today is the T-RAK car rack and R-RAK car rack which have superseded the earlier Car-Rac and AutoRack flatrack containers.  Trans-Rak International have also branched out speculatively into U-Rak Pipe Carriers and flexi-tanks (Maxi-Liner).

TRI have teamed up with the two main Chinese container manufacturers – CIMC for the T-RAK and Singamas for the R-RAK.  Both these companies have an international reputation for quality and professionalism.
